Weight Loss: Week 1...

Week 1 of diet/exercise plan down! It's so much easier sticking to it when I'm blogging about it, feeling so much better physically too and it's only been 1 week! Had our weigh in yesterday and the results are below (drumroll ......)

Kim's weight loss :- 3lbs

Nolan's weight loss :- 6lbs

(Slightly gutted Nolan's lost more weight than me, lol but well done babe :D)

Will update again next week!
