Weight loss: Week 2...

Kim: 2lbs

Nolan: 1lb

We had a bad week this week, we went home for the weekend and went out for dinner with Yasmin, and didn't eat very healthy because we were out all day! But, glad that we've both lost weight instead of putting on, lol.

In other news, as I said before we went home to see Yasmin for the weekend. She's a big fan of these "knock knock" jokes and would not stop with them, lol. Her favourite was...

"NOBODY...HAHAHAHA"

Weight Loss: Week 1...

Week 1 of diet/exercise plan down! It's so much easier sticking to it when I'm blogging about it, feeling so much better physically too and it's only been 1 week! Had our weigh in yesterday and the results are below (drumroll ......)

Kim's weight loss :- 3lbs

Nolan's weight loss :- 6lbs

(Slightly gutted Nolan's lost more weight than me, lol but well done babe :D)

As of tomorrow...

As of tomorrow Nolan and I will be on one huge diet! We both need to shift some weight and get healthier, myself especially! We're both off work tomorrow so we will be going out to get a huge healthy food shop, and after work every night we'll be going for a brisk walk around the neighbourhood along with doing individual exercise plans. Not only will it be good exercise for us, we'll also get to catch up on each other's news and have a good chat. We are both so happy and comfortable with each other that we have let things go, not bothered with exercise and eating healthier etc so now is the time to change that! AND of course, we'll be planning the wedding soon so it will be good motivation to lose a decent amount of weight! Wish us luck! Will be posting our progress.
