Just a short note!

Just a short update today, too tired to do anything else! Me and Nolan went to see Avatar 3D yesterday, we've seen it before but it was a pirate copy, yes I know we should have waited, but I am one of the most impatient people ever! I really didn't want to fork out money to watch Avatar in 3D because I'd already seen it, but mum (knowing I'm a tight arse) put the money in my account for me so I had no choice but to go ;) We were going to the 7:30pm showing but honestly, I have NEVER seen a cinema SO packed. In Cardiff, the cinemas are huge, and the queues were so long they reached outside the cinema. We though "no way!" and we saw the 11:00pm showing. Late I know but I'd been looking forward to it all day and wasn't prepared to be disapointed lol. Just chilling out tonight with Nolan and a few glasses of wine, its terrible weather (snow has gone thank god) so we're just staying warm tonight! If its nice-ish weather tomorrow we might go to Margam park or somewere for a walk :)

Time flies when you're having fun!

Since we've been having so many "snow days", I've been running out of things to do to stay entertained LOL I've cleaned the house a dozen times, changed the layout of all my photo frames candles, pictures etc. Since we can't walk anywere because of the ice and snow we've been so bored! So while I was tidying and cleaning I came across a big photo frame and empty photo album I'd had as presents ages ago, so I went a bit mad with the cutting and sorted out all my photos from my childhood and from when Yasmin was a baby.

It's crazy how much she's changed since I've known her, I know it's terrible, but I can't even picture her like that right now, nor can Nolan. We found her first ever picture that Nolan had taken when she was born, it was lovely reminiscing. Makes me excited for when I finally have children! Got all this to look forward to! I found a picture of me and Kristin my twin sister when we were first born, we look tiny cause' I was only 3lbs and she was only 4lbs! (She took nearly all of my blood supply in the womb hence why I was so light) plus we were born at 6 1/2 months!

Its crazy how pale I look in this photo and how red Kris looks, we look really ill in it, but I've heard it's quite common for twins to be premature.
Ps. I know, I hate people who take pictures OF pictures aswell, but these were so cute and I was too tired to bother to put them up properly :)

Ok...this isn't fun anymore...

We've had snow for three days now! Enough is enough LOL, I haven't been able to get to Uni or go anywere because the snow is that bad. The car won't move because we live on an absurdely steep hill in the Valleys so we are literally stuck in the house! Nolan has been off work today and he is already annoying me LOL! I have virtually NO food in the house as I haven't had the chance to do my big shop since coming home, so I'm confined to buying crappy cheap food from the shop round the corner. I bought like four small things this morning and it cost me £10! I was mortified handing over that cash I'm telling you! Upon even walking there I must have fallen over five times because I had thick Ugg boots on and they were sinking through the snow and on to the slippy ground underneath it! I am not impressed, no way am I walking to Uni in this all week! Ok, rant over...sorry guys!

There's no place like home...

Home :( well, in Cardiff. Had a lovely two weeks at home with the family, spent my time home wisely. Visited everyone I wanted, some not as much as I would have liked but thats can't be helped, went out to my local, went shopping, went to the beach, went to playgrounds, went to Llanberis in the snowy mountains, and had lots and lots of nice food and drink LOL! Yasmin loved all her pressies, she was totally hyper this week, running everywere and shouting but I think it was because she was so excited to see everyone and there were presents involved! :) Spent the last four days staying with mum, watched the new film Avatar. It was immense! A bit too long at over three hours I think, but a really good love story! Went to Lllanberis for a picnic then, was sooooooo cold, I've never known weather like it at -6!!! Nain is a lot better and will be going home this week, I'm so happy she is back on her feet and things are looking up for her. Was back to Uni today, how depressing, nearly fell on my bum walking on the black ice to uni! I swear, I will not be making that journey any time soon!
